Ahead of the 2023-24 season, Basford United Ladies Football Club is seeking expressions of interest from prospective players to join their growing Girls and Women's Development Programme (GDP).

We are also expanding our junior and youth teams within the girls and ladies sections and are are looking to introduce more younger teams, ranging from U10s - U16s.

This is a hugely exciting time for girls and women's football and a great opportunity for young players to start their journey into the senior game. As a club, we are pushing to be at the top level of women’s football, and growing talent through this programme will play a big role in that aspiration.

The women’s team will continue with a first team, who play in the East Midlands Women’s Regional League, and we are excited to introduce a BRAND NEW development squad, who will compete in the Nottinghamshire Girls and Ladies League next season.
